A faster, clearer approval queue

Reviewing customer edit requests is now much easier to scan. Each request shows what's changing as a tidy Current → Requested table (so a multi-field address change is as readable as an email change), with Approve and Reject right where you need them. The top of the page summarizes how many requests are waiting and how long the oldest has been pending, and you can filter the queue by request type.

Order edit guardrails are easier to set up

The guardrails settings used to be one long list of fields. They're now split into clearly labeled cards — Edit window, Portal schedule, What customers can edit, Order tag rules, Fulfillment cutoffs, Warehouse routing, and Slack notifications — so you can find and adjust one thing at a time without losing your place.

A reorganized, easier-to-navigate Settings page

Settings are now grouped into clear categories — Editing rules, What customers can change, Revenue boosters, and Trust & localization — each with an icon and an at-a-glance status so you can see what's on, off, or needs attention without opening every section. The section you're editing now shows its current status right in the header, and saving uses Shopify's standard save bar.

A clearer, more useful home dashboard

The app's home page has been redesigned around what matters most. Your key numbers — order edits, net revenue impact, upsell acceptance, and pending approvals — now show how they're trending against the previous period, and a new chart plots the revenue your customers' edits added over time. Recent edits are laid out in a clean, scannable table, and a new App status panel shows at a glance which blocks are live and links you straight to settings, upsells, and the approval queue.

Choose a plan that fits your store

There's a new Billing page where you can pick the plan that's right for you. Start free with core order editing, then upgrade to unlock analytics, post-purchase upsell, the approval queue, and integrations as you grow. Every paid plan comes with a free trial, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Swap to a different product from the Thank-you page

Right after checkout, your customers can replace an item with a completely different product — not just change its size or color — without placing a new order.

Cleaner "Edit your items" experience after checkout

The post-checkout item editor your customers see is now easier to scan: changing a size, color, or product opens a single focused panel instead of nested boxes.

Adjust quantities with a clear confirmation step

Your customers can freely set the quantity they want, then review the price impact in a confirmation dialog before the change is applied.

Pending edit requests are now easier to review at a glance, with clearer order and customer details and a simpler before → after summary of each requested change.
